Canceling stops your Pro subscription from renewing. You will keep your paid features through the end of your current billing period, and your account will usually return to Basic afterward.
Cancel your subscription
- Go to Subscription & Billing on your My Account page.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
After canceling, the button changes to Resume subscription until your current billing period expires. Select it if you decide to keep your subscription active.
If you do not see either option, confirm that you are logged into the account that purchased Pro. You can also select Manage subscription to review the subscription directly in Lemon Squeezy.
Canceling does not delete your account or boards.
