  • "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of Buzzinga.io and does not guarantee perpetual availability.
  • If Buzzinga.io is discontinued, we will provide Pro users with at least 6 months' notice to download their data.
  • Discontinuation within 5 years of purchase may result in prorated compensation or refunds, at our discretion.
• Feature Modifications: Pro features may be updated, modified, or replaced with equivalent features without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Buzzinga.io for any unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to upload harmful material (e.g., malware or spam).

7. Intellectual Property
